This program used to be called cdgrab. Then I found out that that name was
already taken by a program written by Adam Laurie, which is a DOS program
that reads CDDA audio from a disc. The other cdgrab was originally released
in 1993 and can be found here: http://www.scn.rain.com/pub/cdrom/cdgrab.txt

cdgrab is still a supported product, and, in fact, we're just working on
a new release, so I'd really rather you didn't!
