As the system stabilizes we are likely to weaken the copying and usage restrictions, especially for the lowest levels of the system, but it is unfortunately unlikely there will be a time when all of our databases, lexicons etc. will be free to all. At present we do not allow free commercial use of the system, and are unlikely to do so in the foreseeable future. Though there will be some exceptions (e.g. such as inclusion on CDROMs of collected software). However all commercial uses still require our written permission.
