PWM is a tabbing window-manager (I think it's the first one!) that was created
by Tuomo Valkonen <tuomov at cc.tut.fi>. PWM is the precursor to ION, also by
Tuomo, which features a highly keyboard-oriented design, tabbing (as from PWM)
 and non-overlapping windows.

Tumbleweed is the (arbitrary) name I came up with years ago to name a specific
personal theme. The latest information and updates regarding Tumbleweed can be
 found at http://www.cheeky.house.cx/~nemo/info.php?w=software/tumbleweed

This theme has existed in one form or another since late 1996 and I have setup
win3.1, win95, fvwm, WindowMaker and PWM with tumbleweed themes. I've possibly
created more, though the only configs I know I still have are PWM. (Though I'm
planning a fluxbox version for the future).

The colour scheme is based on a single line drawing from 1996. A scan and alot
of random photoshop fiddling later, I got a pleasant image with the appoximate
colours you see in the Tumbleweed theme today.

In terms of "look", the rough rules of thumb are:
	- mustard yellow for borders
	- maroon/reddish for titlebars
	- blue/cyan/teal highlights somewhere (usually on a menu or dock)
(all within the possibilities and limitations of the windowmanager in use)

In terms of the "feel" (keybindings, mouse actions and so on) my rough rule of
thumb is to find a balance between the somewhat familiar bindings of MSWindows
and some of the window-management keystrokes from WindowMaker. I've endeavored
to create a feel that is obvious and memorable (and at worst, well documented)

 I aim for:
	- full functionality for the windowmanager
	- easy to use (3finger chords are avoided for common tasks)
	- as obvious/intuitive/memorable and self-consistent as possible

 I hope you enjoy.
