Title: Inter-Client Exchange (ICE) Protocol
Author: Robert Scheifler and Jordan Brown
Abstract: There are numerous possible protocols that can be used for
communication among clients. They have many similarities and common needs,
including authentication, version negotiation, data typing, and connection
management. The Inter-Client Exchange (ICE) protocol is intended to
provide a framework for building such protocols. Using ICE reduces the
complexity of designing new protocols and allows the sharing of many
 aspects of the implementation.
